The Lone Star Film Society is committed to showcasing stories told through film that reflect and help shape our world as well as bring a community together in which to share these stories.  Our members form the core of this community and the foundation of our organization.  Benefits of membership include advance notification and discount admission to LSFS programs and events including the Lone Star Film Festival in Sundance Square.  Other programs throughout the year include advance screenings of soon to be released films, educational panels and workshops, retrospective series, parties and other social events.

PRODUCER’S GROUP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

The Producer’s Group is a category of membership designed for individuals who are interested in supporting the LSFS and its programs at leadership levels.  Starting at $1,000, these tax deductible gifts are critical to the success of the Lone Star Film Festival in Sundance Square as well as all of our year round programs.  Producer’s Group members at certain levels have the opportunity to underwrite specific programs and events both during the LSFF and year round.  They may also be eligible for increasing their gifts through employer’s matching programs.  Some companies even match the donations made by spouses, retirees, and directors. Check with your human resources office to see if your gift is eligible for matching and to obtain the appropriate forms.

Producer’s Group Membership Benefits Include:

  • Invitation to the Pre-Festival “How To Fest” Event
  • Invitation to select special events throughout the year
  • (2) Films and Panels Passes
  • Recognition in the Lone Star Film Festival Program Guide and associated promotional materials

Corporate Membership Program

The Lone Star Film Society approaches sponsorships as true partnerships designed to meet both the needs of the client and the needs of the Film Society and its audience. We will meet with the client to determine their goals, and then tailor the sponsorship accordingly. Year round, there is a broad spectrum of possible associations, from corporate entertainment to marketing exposure and naming opportunities. An association with the Lone Star Film Society provides your company access to a very valuable audience.

For groups that are more interested in providing access to the Film Society’s programs for their executives, employees, and clients, we offer a Corporate Membership program.  The benefits of the Corporate Membership program include an increased number of tickets and passes (in lieu of marketing exposure) to all programs including the Lone Star Film Festival in Sundance Square.
